Special or holiday hour rules allow you to set unique ordering hours on specific days of the year, for example, you might want to close or offer limited hours on Thanksgiving. To create special or holiday hours, start by accessing your dashboard and open the Ordering Hours panel.
You should see a screen that looks like the one in the image below:
Scroll down to Special / Holiday Hours section and click on the Add Special Hours Rule button. A box will appear that looks like the one below:
Use the Date, Open and Close fields specify your availability. Once applied, special rules will override existing hour rules on their given date. Note: special rules will not apply if you’re open past midnight. Please create unique rules for each date where special hours apply.
